On a 5-0 vote, the council approved an extra $18,722 for the construction of the Park and Ride Lot at the Fountain Valley Recreation Center. GCI Construction Inc. will use the funds to install a water line, additional import soil and drainage facilities, items that were not anticipated when construction began.
