The Planning Commission will consider today whether to approve the addition of a cellular phone antenna and its support structure to an existing electric energy transmission tower in Stanton Park.
City staff members recommend denial of the project, which was proposed by Sprint PCS. They say locating the support structure underneath the tower will compromise the park’s aesthetics.
