The Orange County Assn. for the Education of Young Children is sponsoring a day of tours of county child-care facilities. Tours will begin and end at the Assistance League of Santa Ana, 1031 W. 1st St. A luncheon and discussion will follow. Tours leave at 9:15 a.m. after registration and a continental breakfast.
