Complications with City Hall’s cable television system caused a glitch in the recording of Tuesday’s council meeting. The city will broadcast the segments of the meeting that were recorded, City Manager James L. Armstrong said.

The cable system, which broke down at 4:45 p.m., was repaired for the 7:30 p.m. portion of the meeting. It will be rebroadcast on Comcast Cable Channel 53 at 6 p.m. Wednesday and Sunday and at 5 p.m. on Monday.
