RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA
Julie Fredericksen, branch manager for the Rancho Santa Margarita Library, has been promoted to programs administrator for the Orange County Library system.
Starting today, Fredericksen will manage the Children’s Services and Community Relations Department for the library system.
