It’s been a good two weeks for the Sheffields.
Patrick Sheffield, a pitcher at Viewpoint, is 2-0 with a 2.80 ERA, and his older brother, Chaney, a sophomore at Harvard, recorded his first college victory last week.
Patrick, a junior, is starting to remind people of his older brother, which is a good thing: Chaney holds almost every Viewpoint record.
“He’s starting to show some signs of looking like Chaney,” Coach Frank Pontello said. “He’s starting to roll.”
Patrick has struck out 21 in 10 innings.
Viewpoint is 6-3.
