LAGUNA BEACH
More than 60 organizations will be represented at booths at next month’s Vision Fair, which will offer residents the opportunity to give their input on the city’s future.
“The idea is to have the booth display some aspect of their mission as it [affects] their vision for Laguna Beach,” Vision Planning Steering Committee member Marion Jacobs said.
Some of the organizations participating in the event are the Patriots’ Day Parade, the city Arts Commission, the Laguna Art Museum, the Laguna Greenbelt and Laguna Shanti, an HIV and AIDS social service agency.
The fair is scheduled for May 13 at Laguna Beach High School.
The vision committee, appointed by the City Council, will help residents create an idea of what they believe Laguna Beach should look like for the next 30 years.
