The City Council is set to appoint Dale Galvan and Tom Woods to the Fine Arts Commission during this evening’s council meeting.
Galvan, a continuation high school teacher with the Anaheim Union School District, served on the Centralia Elementary School steering committee. Woods is a semiretired public-access cable-television producer for MediaOne.
