STANTON
The City Council will discuss the success of a fourth night of bingo granted to the nonprofit Kingsmen organization last year. Before Oct. 28, the council allowed the Kingsmen to hold bingo only three nights a week. The fourth night was granted after considering the request of director Richard Olivero. He said he needed to increase funding for the Kingsmen drum and bugle corps, but said he would donate $1,000 per week in profits to Stanton charities.
