WESTMINSTER
A review of a conditional-use permit that would allow Cox PCS Assets to install cellular phone antennas on a Southern California Edison tower is scheduled at the City Council meeting at 7 tonight.
If approved, the 150-foot tower at 7451 Westminster Blvd. would be fitted with three sets of four-panel antennas attached at the 53-foot and 60-foot levels and seven equipment cabinets at the base.
