Board members of the Golden Rain Foundation voted unanimously Tuesday to approve the purchase of a low-floor bus for $140,000 using money set aside by the Maintenance & Construction Committee.
Board members also voted unanimously to add an extra $55,000 to the Clubhouse 3 Refurbishment Project budget to complete the design and development phase. The estimated cost of the entire phase is now $135,000.
The board also approved purchasing another security vehicle for $20,000 for additional traffic enforcement.
