The City Council on Tuesday postponed taking action on a local condominium owner’s appeal to revoke a fast-food restaurant’s permit to operate its drive-through window 24 hours a day.
Frank Negri filed an appeal after the Planning Commission approved Del Taco’s conditional use permit June 14. The restaurant, which is on Brookhurst Street, currently closes at 1 a.m. Residents living in neighboring condominiums owned by Negri complained of the noise from the drive-through speaker in the drive-through lane.
