Pennsylvania Agency to Buy FileNet Software

FileNet Corp. said the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will use the Costa Mesa software maker’s Panagon program to make highway construction documents available online. Financial terms were not disclosed.
FileNet said its software, combined with Green Pasture Software’s W/Edge application, will let contractors view millions of pages of plans, specifications and estimates from the Web.
