Sheriff Calls on Public’s Assistance in Locating 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in finding four people sought for suspicion of theft, probation violations or failure to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Ralph Ramirez, 42, allegedly violated probation on a conviction of possession of a deadly weapon. He last lived on the 3400 block of Madera Place in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 5, 180 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

James Russell Hart, 33, allegedly violated probation on a conviction of possession of a controlled substance. He last lived in the 4800 block of Goliad Drive in Simi Valley.

Hart has a tattoo with the word “Viking” on his left arm. He is white, 6 feet 1, 170 pounds and has blond hair and hazel eyes.

Tau Viliamu, who also uses the last name Malaga, is a suspect in five counts of theft. He last lived in the 5200 block of South J Street in Oxnard.

He has a tribal band tattoo on his left arm. He is Samoan, 5 feet 6, 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Donald Angel Espinosa, 29, allegedly failed to appear for a court hearing on charges of possession of a controlled substance. He last lived in the 3000 block of South J Street in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 8, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
