The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports over the weekend:

BREA

* West Lambert Road: Grand theft was reported in the 500 block at 2:07 p.m. Tuesday.

DANA POINT

* Taranto Bay: A threatening phone call was reported in the 23000 block at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday.

FULLERTON

* Placentia Avenue at Chapman Avenue: A traffic accident was reported at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

* South Pomona Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 1200 block at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday.

* West Porter Avenue: A missing adult was reported in the 1000 block at 11:46 p.m. Wednesday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Libby Lane: A report of a narcotics violation in the 13600 block at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* South Coast Highway: A 19-year-old man was cited on suspicion of public intoxication in the 1100 block at 4:37 a.m. Wednesday.

* Forest Avenue: Five bad checks, received between July 17 and 19 and worth $866, were reported at a business in the 200 block at 10:51 a.m. Wednesday.

* Saint Anns Drive: Two men were cited on suspicion of trespassing in the 300 block at 12:38 p.m. Wednesday.

* South Coast Highway: A 20-year-old Missouri man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol at Victoria Drive at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Granite Way: A traffic accident was reported in the 22600 block at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday.

* Lupita Street: A fraud was reported in the 24300 block at 1:41 p.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Moulton Parkway: An assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 28100 block at 2:26 a.m. Wednesday.

* Alicia Parkway: Someone was arrested on an undisclosed warrant in the 27100 block at 1:23 p.m. Tuesday.

* Benecia Avenue: A prowler was reported in the 30300 block at 6:06 a.m. Tuesday.

* Buckhaven Street: An annoying phone call was reported in the 29300 block at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday.

* Niguel Road: A vehicle was reported stolen in the 30100 block at 11:33 p.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA WOODS

* Calle Cadiz: A petty theft was reported in the 400 block at 3:14 a.m. Tuesday.

LA HABRA

* West Redwood Lane: Vandalism was reported in the 300 block at 7:05 a.m. Wednesday.

PLACENTIA

* West Center Street: Four juveniles 6 to 10 years old were trespassing behind a house and damaged the fence at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday.

* Kraemer Boulevard: Someone’s adult daughter was having difficulty breathing and was stating she doesn’t want to live at 9:41 a.m. Wednesday.

* North Rose Drive: A homeless person was sleeping on trash in the rear of the DMV building at 7:38 a.m. Wednesday.

* Imperial Highway: A customer was creating a disturbance in a business because he was unhappy with an exchange policy at 6:16 p.m. Wednesday.

* South Bradford Avenue: A white Mustang was broken into during the night at 7:18 p.m. Tuesday.

RANCHO SANTA

MARGARITA

* Avenida de las Flores: Vandalism was reported in the 21300 block at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Avenida Montalvo: A woman reported that someone entered her garage and stole property from her vehicle in the 200 block at 7:35 a.m. Wednesday.

* Avenida Pelayo: A vehicle was reported stolen in the 100 block at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday.

* Calle Frontera: A woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after deputies responded to a traffic accident near Calle Juarez at 1:19 p.m. Tuesday.

YORBA LINDA

* Rich Hill Way: Grand theft was reported in the 5700 block at 6:07 a.m. Tuesday.

* Via Celestina: Vandalism was reported in the 20400 block at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Irvine, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Tustin and Westminster.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department makes incident reports available on the Web. Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click on “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the cities of Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton and Villa Park, as well as the county’s unincorporated areas.
