City Police Officer Harry D. Harrison is the new national high-power service-rifle champion.
He was named during national championships Aug. 13 in Ohio, where more than 600 military and civilian personnel competed. Harrison, who scored 2,369 points out of a possible 2,400, has been an officer with the city’s Police Department for six years.
