SEAL BEACH
The last summer workshop on sandcastle building offered by the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department will be at the beach off 1st Street from 9 a.m. to noon Sunday.
Basic methods used for recreation and competition will be covered, including compacting, shaping and simple detail work. Registration forms for the three-hour class are available at City Hall, 211 8th St.
