THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Wednesday:

DANA POINT

* Calle Juanita: A woman reported that someone tried to obtain a credit card in her name in the 27000 block at 11 a.m. Monday.

* Calle Maria: A skateboard was reported stolen from a frontyard in the 26000 block at 8:15 p.m. Monday.

* Del Obispo Street: A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in the 33000 block at 3 a.m. Monday.

FULLERTON

* Berkeley Avenue at Chapman Avenue: A burglary was reported at 3:34 p.m. Tuesday.

* East Commonwealth Avenue: Vandalism was reported in the 200 block at 5:38 p.m. Monday.

* Yermo Place: A juvenile was reported missing in the 1700 block at 8:03 p.m. Monday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* South Coast Highway: A 40-year-old man was cited on suspicion of illegal lodging and arrested on an outstanding warrant for a traffic violation in the 500 block at 7:33 a.m. Tuesday.

* South Coast Highway: Threatening phone calls were reported in the 600 block at 5:23 p.m. Tuesday.

* Cuprien Way: Four gunshots were reported in the 600 block at 8:49 p.m. Tuesday.

* Forest Avenue: A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 500 block at 6:09 a.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Alicia Parkway: A petty theft was reported in the 24800 block at 2:31 p.m. Sunday.

* Faircourt Lane: A juvenile was reported missing in the 25900 block at 12:01 p.m. Sunday.

* Santa Vittoria Drive: A suspicious person was reported in the 23300 block at 7:17 p.m. Sunday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Alicia Parkway: A vehicle was reported stolen in the 29900 block at 8:52 a.m. Sunday.

* Monte Verde Drive: A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 25300 block at 1:14 a.m. Sunday.

LA HABRA

* North Valencia Avenue: A prowler was reported in the 400 block at 1:41 a.m. Wednesday.

* West Highlander Avenue: A hit-and-run accident, causing property damage, was reported in the 800 block at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday.

* West Lambert Road: A burglary was reported at a residence in the 1300 block at 7:08 p.m. Tuesday.

LAKE FOREST

* Cranbridge Drive: A petty theft was reported in the 21000 block at 7:29 a.m. Sunday.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Katella Avenue: A report of a vehicle fire in the 3500 block at 10:54 a.m. Sunday.

MISSION VIEJO

* Cabot Road: A burglary was reported in the 27100 block at 6:09 p.m. Sunday.

PLACENTIA

* Cobb Avenue: A disturbance from loud mechanical work being done on a vehicle was reported at 10:48 p.m. Tuesday.

* North Kraemer Boulevard at Tri City Park: Male juveniles were reported swimming in the lake and throwing rocks at ducks and children in the area at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday.

RANCHO SANTA

MARGARITA

* Alma Aldea: A suspicious person was reported in the 21900 block at 6:03 a.m. Monday.

* Antonio Parkway: A petty theft was reported in the 22400 block at 1:54 p.m. Sunday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Avenida De La Estrella: Binoculars were reported stolen in the 100 block at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday.

* Calle Ameno: Garden equipment was reported stolen from a frontyard in the 100 block at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday.

* Camino De Los Mares: A theft was reported in the 600 block at 6:25 a.m. Tuesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, La Palma, Newport Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Tustin, Westminster and Yorba Linda.

Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click on “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton, Villa Park and unincorporated areas.
