Bike Patrol Back

* About a year ago, I called the Costa Mesa chief of police, David L. Snowden, and asked him if the bike patrol could be returned to us. He told me they had just started training new teams, and that it takes time to train and then to find the money for the super-expensive bikes. He promised me that we would get them back on a permanent basis as soon as possible.

The chief has kept his promise. Recently, I met two new members and already they had made their presence known. I don’t know how long they have been here, but am thankful they are here. Others who have been helped might write a thank you.
