Changing of Guard at Council Meeting

Council members Barbara Kiley and Mark Schwing will thank supporters Tuesday at their last council meeting.
Allen Castellano, Michael Duvall and Jim Winder will be sworn in, and a new mayor will be appointed.The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.
