Sheriff’s Department Asks Public’s Help Finding 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four people for allegedly failing to appear in court or violating probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Valentina Espinoza, 43, failed to appear in court on charges of selling a controlled substance and inducing a minor to sell drugs, authorities said. She last lived in the 3000 block of South L Street in Oxnard.

Espinoza is Latina, 4 feet 11, 145 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes and a peacock tattooed on her right shoulder.

Lamberto Leon Diaz, 55, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for maintaining a place for drug sales and use. Diaz is Latino, 5 feet 5, 160 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes.

Scott Christopher Weiss, 30, failed to appear in court on three burglary charges and alleged parole violations, authorities said. He is an unemployed oil field worker.

Weiss is white, 6 feet 1, 250 pounds and has brown hair, blue eyes and two tattoos, a skull with dice on his right arm and a cobra on his left arm. He last lived in the 100 block of West Harrison Avenue in Ventura.

Jeremy Dale Jackson, 22, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance. He last lived in the 8100 block of Shaver Street in Ventura and last worked in Port Hueneme.

Jackson is white, 5 feet 5, 130 pounds and has brown hair, blue eyes, and “Jer” with barbed wire tattooed on his left arm and “W S Amber Rose” on his left fingers.

Anyone with information should call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 494-TALK or 385-TALK. There is a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
