Share

The Planning Commission will consider a proposal to expand Rancho Viejo Preschool at its meeting tonight. The school wants to increase its enrollment from 40 to 80 students, who would be split into two groups. One group would attend classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and the other on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The expanded campus would include two additional preschool classes as well as a music laboratory, an art classroom and a 3,570-square-foot outdoor activity area. The city’s planning staff has recommended approving the project, which is in the business park district at 29782 Avenida De Las Banderas.

The Planning Commission meets at 6 p.m. in the City Council chamber, 30211 Avenida De Las Banderas, Suite 101.
