FULLERTON
A citywide program was launched Monday to clean up high-crime neighborhoods. The Neighborhood Enhancement Team is a spin-off of the Operation Cleanup program, which targeted crime-infested areas in three city neighborhoods.
Besides a police presence, code enforcement officers and other officials will take part in the cleanup program.
All city employees will be asked to report potential problem areas as they make their rounds.
