* North American Imaging in Camarillo has named James R. Foyles national sales manager. In the newly created position, Foyles will support the company’s current reseller channels and develop relationships with additional resellers.

The company provides medical imaging services to the health-care industry.

* Diane R. DeChaine and Gitana M. Johnson, commercial account representatives at Tolman & Wiker Insurance in Ventura, have been awarded the professional designation of Charter Property Casualty Underwriters. Both completed a 10-course certification from the American Institute of Insurance Carriers.

* NovaStor Corp. in Simi Valley has appointed three new sales account executives--Brian Albertson, Carlos Gonzan and Leanne Seeley--to handle the increased sales volume in North, Central and South America.

Albertson will be responsible for sales in the northwestern United States and western Canada. Gonzan will oversee one of NovaStor’s major growth markets, Central and South America, in addition to the southern United States. Seeley will be responsible for sales in the eastern United States and eastern Canada.

NovaStor develops data protection and disaster recovery software.

* Loye M. Barton, a partner in the law firm of Norman, Dowler, Sawyer, Israel, Walker & Barton in Ventura, has been named editor of Citations, the monthly trade journal of the Ventura County Bar Assn. Her practice includes corporate law, estate planning and trust administration, and family law. Barton is chairwoman of Easter Seals Tri-Counties California and has been president of the Ventura Soroptimists.

* Andrew D. Bratz has been hired as a project manager in the Oxnard office of Lauterbach & Associates, an architectural and land-planning firm. He has seven years’ experience working in the architectural field, including industrial and commercial projects.

Bratz’s expertise is in 3-D graphics and architectural technology.

* Jeffrey G. Youngs has joined General Motors as assistant media relations manager for the Western region, based in Thousand Oaks. Youngs will primarily handle media relations for the Chevrolet and Pontiac-GMC vehicle brands, reporting to Nancy Libby, media relations manager for the GM Western Region.

Libby will focus on the Buick, Oldsmobile and Cadillac vehicle brands but will continue to maintain overall responsibility for all GM divisional brands sold and marketed in the Western region, except Saturn and Saab.
