A luncheon for women to learn how to keep their hearts strong and healthy will be held Saturday at Saddleback Memorial Health Center. The event will include a cooking discussion by Antonio Cagnolo, the chef and owner of Antonello Ristorante, and presentations by a cardiologist and obstetrician/gynecologist. Participants will receive a recipe book among other handouts. The luncheon will be held from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the hospital, 24451 Health Center Drive, Laguna Hills. Price is $15.
