SANTA ANA
The 20th annual Orange County Black History Parade kicks off at 10 a.m. Saturday at Broadway and 15th Street. About 5,000 people will take part in the parade, with about 120 groups including school marching bands, drill teams, floats and celebrities. The parade will end at the Orange County Courthouse, with a cultural fair to follow in the parking lot. Information: (949) 440-8943.
