Sheriff’s Investigators Seek 4 People Wanted on Warrants

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four people wanted on warrants for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court.

Moises Osuna Licona, 31, allegedly failed to appear in court on a charge of transporting a controlled substance.

Licona’s last known address was in the 500 block of Hobson Way in Oxnard. He is Latino, 6 feet, 170 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and a small scar above his left eyebrow.

Alyce Tomi Alejo, 40, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance.

Alejo’s last known address was in the 3500 block of South A Street in Oxnard. She is a 5-foot-1, 110-pound Latina with brown hair, brown eyes and a scar on her throat.

Jaime Michelle Callahan, 24, allegedly violated probation on convictions for possession of a controlled substance. Her last known address was in the 200 block of South 4th Street in Santa Paula.

Callahan is white, 6 feet, 150 pounds and has brown hair, green eyes and a tattoo of an eye on her right hip.

Cecilio Diza Vasquez, 39, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of drunk driving and possessing a controlled substance.

Vasquez’s last known address was in the 3100 block of Paula Street in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 6, 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about these cases is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK. The call can be made anonymously, and a reward is available for any information that leads to a conviction.
