SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The Planning Commission will consider this month a proposal to build 84 affordable apartments for seniors on a two-acre property at 27191 Paseo Espada.
The developer, Willow Partners of Westlake Village, is planning to build a two-story apartment building with studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The project replaces a proposed assisted-care facility for seniors approved by the City Council last year.
The project will be up for the City Council’s approval in March.
