Billboards
* Am I the only one who sees the aggressive growth of the huge billboards blocking views across the city? Like the mini-malls in the 1980s, will the city fathers do something after it’s too late? I contacted the mayor’s office, my supervisor and my councilperson, only to be given a “we can’t do anything about it” response. No wonder Los Angeles got graded a C in city management (Feb. 2).
