The City Council will consider whether to approve a 48-lot single-family subdivision at 4000 Riverdale Ave. on Tuesday. Some residents in the adjacent neighborhood object to the project, saying it will cause traffic and overcrowding in the schools. The meeting begins at 5 p.m. in council chambers, 200 S. Anaheim Blvd.
