La Palma Neighborhood Watch Inc. will hold its 15th annual awards presentation Thursday, beginning at 7 p.m., at the La Palma Community Center, 7821 Walker St.
Each year the organization recognizes residents who have volunteered their time and energy to Neighborhood Watch.
