Monday is Presidents Day, created to celebrate the birthdays of Presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.
* CLOSED: All government offices, courts, banks, stock and commodity exchanges and libraries; most schools; many businesses. Metrolink trains and MTA buses will follow regular schedules. There will be no regular mail pickup or delivery; post offices will be closed. Express mail will be delivered.
* TRASH: City of Los Angeles trash collection will maintain regular pickup schedules.
