La Palma Neighborhood Watch Inc. will sponsor a bicycle registration drive March 11 at Police Department headquarters, 7792 Walker St. The drive is an effort by Neighborhood Watch and the department to combat bike theft.
Cost to register is $2 per bicycle. Licenses are valid for two years. Information: (714) 828-7448.
