FOUNTAIN VALLEY
Mayor Guy Carrozzo has been visiting neighboring towns during their council meetings to bolster patriotism throughout the county.
Carrozzo, a member of VFW Post 9557, has already stopped in Huntington Beach and Westminster and plans to visit Costa Mesa and Garden Grove. He is encouraging citizens to fly American flags and notify him about what residents are doing to promote patriotism. “It would be our way of showing respect for veterans and POWs,” he said.
