Jefferson 2, Sylmar 0--The Spartans (10-10-5), playing without two starting midfielders who received red cards in the first round, were beaten at Jefferson in a second-round game.

Gardena 1, Kennedy 0--Mario Moreno had two saves for the Golden Cougars but allowed a goal in the eighth minute of overtime in a second-round game at Gardena.

Kennedy (7-6-7) was forced to play without its leading scorer, Diego Gonzalez, who injured his left ankle in the 32nd minute going for a loose ball. Gonzalez had 12 goals this season.

El Camino Real at Bell--The second-round game was postponed until today because of wet grounds.
