San Diego 75, Loyola Marymount 53--Tyler Field scored 12 points and keyed a decisive run to start the second half for the Toreros at San Diego as the Lions suffered a school-record 14th consecutive loss.

San Diego (19-8, 10-4 West Coast Conference) won its fifth consecutive game, including victories over conference leaders Pepperdine and Gonzaga in the past 10 days.

Field, six for eight from the field with nine rebounds, scored the final two baskets in a 13-0 run to start the second half as San Diego broke away from a 30-30 halftime tie.

Loyola Marymount (2-25, 0-14) also tied a school record with their 19th consecutive road loss. Rupert McClendon scored 18 points for the Lions, who made only four of 22 shots in the second half.

Cameron Rigby led San Diego with 13 points and nine rebounds, and Andre Laws added 12.

Toreros coach Brad Holland recorded his highest victory total in eight seasons as a Division I head coach, including six seasons at San Diego.
