Management Shift at TRW’s S

* TRW Inc. unveiled several managerial changes at its Redondo Beach-based Space & Electronics Group. Joanne Maguire was promoted to vice president of group development. She will oversee all of S⪚’s business development. She had been vice president and general manager of the Space & Laser Programs Division. Frederick Ricker will succeed Maguire as vice president and general manager of the space division. TRW also named Richard Croxall vice president and chief engineer.

* Technicolor Inc., a Camarillo-based video, CD and DVD processor, has promoted B. Quentin Lilly to president of its video media services group, which makes and distributes videocassettes.

* Los Angeles-based Univision, a Spanish-language television network, has appointed KMEX-TV station manager Diego Ruiz to vice president and general manager of its newly created Internet division. He will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Univision Online’s content division.
