LAGUNA BEACH
Community members will soon be able to create their own plans for how Laguna Beach will look in the next 30 years as part of a series of workshops that will take place throughout 2000.
By the end of January, city officials will begin to garner community opinions on issues like tourism, traffic and the arts. The Laguna Beach Vision Planning Project will offer residents a blueprint to work from.
On Friday, the 6-month-old Vision Planning Committee will meet with a consultant to develop a process and budget for creating the plan.
