“Action,” Jay Mohr’s acidic film-industry satire on the Fox network, was canceled in December after only eight episodes. But fans of the comic known for his rapier wit and rapid-fire delivery can watch him do what he does best--and see him in the flesh--this weekend at the Irvine Improv in its brand new location at the Irvine Spectrum.
