THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

ANAHEIM

* East La Palma Avenue: A bicycle was stolen in the 5800 block at 3:12 p.m. Sunday.

* South Morningstar Drive: An assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 500 block at 12:39 p.m. Friday.

* North Willow Woods Drive: A robbery was reported in the 1700 block at 8:27 p.m. Friday.

BREA

* East Ash Street: A petty theft was reported in the 200 block at 9:17 a.m. Sunday.

* Brea Mall: A burglary was reported in the 300 block at 4:01 p.m. Saturday.

* West Tracie Drive: A burglary was reported in the 300 block at 10:59 p.m. Friday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Harbor Boulevard: Someone painted graffiti in the 16100 block at 1:55 a.m. Thursday.

* Warner Avenue: Forgery was reported in the 1100 block at 11:06 a.m. Friday.

* Rhoads Circle: Two power tools were stolen in the 8500 block at 6:10 a.m. Friday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Harbor Boulevard: A report of an armed robbery in the 12000 block at 8:21 p.m. Jan. 2.

ORANGE

* Villa Park Road: Report of public drunkenness in the 18000 block at 11:15 a.m. Monday.

PLACENTIA

* Hollyhock Lane: Gunshots were reported in the 700 block at 1:31 a.m. Friday.

* Rose Drive: A burglary was reported in the 200 block at 3:53 p.m. Sunday.

* North Valencia Avenue: A stolen vehicle was reported at 9:33 p.m. Saturday.

SANTA ANA

* Faren Drive: A report of vandalism in the 1400 block at 12:35 p.m. Sunday.

* Yorba Street: A report of a residential burglary in the 13500 block at 2:42 a.m. Sunday.

TUSTIN

* Kenwood Lane: Vandalism was reported in the 12000 block at 3:15 p.m. Sunday.

VILLA PARK

* Valley Drive: A burglar alarm was triggered in the 18000 block at 11:12 a.m. Monday.

* Ridgeview Road: A traffic accident was reported in the 19000 block at 2:59 p.m. Sunday. There were no injuries.

YORBA LINDA

* Alamo Lane: A grand theft was reported in the 19000 block at 3:07 p.m. Sunday.

* La Entrada Drive: A burglary was reported in the 17000 block at 6:54 p.m. Sunday.

* La Palma Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 23000 block at 5:59 a.m. Friday.

* Second Street: A grand theft was reported in the 4000 block at 10:13 a.m. Thursday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Monday: Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Fullerton, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, La Habra, Lake Forest, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Seal Beach, Stanton and Westminster.
