Doc Robinson made a tiebreaking three-point basket with 24.4 seconds to play and Scott Pohlman added two free throws to help No. 4 Auburn end a 14-game losing streak against No. 20 Kentucky with a 66-63 Southeastern Conference victory Tuesday night at Auburn, Ala.

It was Auburn’s first victory over Kentucky (10-5, 1-1 in the SEC) since 1990 and ended the Wildcats’ six-game winning streak. Auburn improved to 14-1 and 2-0.

“It was an excellent win for us and it feels good, but it’s just one of 16 conference games,” Auburn Coach Cliff Ellis said.

The victory was the 100th for Coach Tom Izzo and left the Spartans (12-4, 3-0) the lone unbeaten team in conference play.

Indiana (12-2, 2-1) never led in the five-minute overtime in which it had one basket, a three-point shot by Michael Lewis with four seconds remaining.

Charlie Bell led the Spartans with 22 points and Peterson finished with 17.

No. 7 Syracuse 76, West Virginia 63--Tony Bland scored nine of his 22 points in the final five minutes of a Big East game at Charleston, W.Va., as the Orangemen (12-0, 3-0) defeated the Mountaineers (7-6, 0-3) to remain the only unbeaten team in Division I.

No. 16 Oklahoma 76, Baylor 43--The Sooners (14-1, 2-0) held the Bears (9-4, 0-2) to 13 first-half points in a Big 12 game at Norman, Okla.
