LOS ALAMITOS
City Council members voted to adopt new guidelines for the retention of city records. The records accumulated by the city occupy valuable space and from time to time are destroyed, according to city policies. Recently, the City Clerks Assn. of California developed a more complete guideline that establishes a period for retaining records.
