City workers have recommended that the City Council turn down a proposed public golf course on open space near Camino las Ramblas, according to city documents released Wednesday.
City staff determined that Camino las Ramblas is not suitable for access to the proposed course and that further analysis of the project should be put aside until an alternate route is found.
The council will consider the staff’s recommendation at its meeting Tuesday night.
