Both Parties Schedule Debates in Iowa

The Republican presidential candidates debate again this morning, this time in Johnston, Iowa. CNN, C-SPAN and Fox News will broadcast the 90-minute debate beginning at 11 a.m.

Conservative activist Gary Bauer, Texas Gov. George W. Bush, publisher Steve Forbes, Utah Sen. Orrin G. Hatch, former ambassador Alan Keyes and Arizona Sen. John McCain are all scheduled to participate.

On Monday, the Democratic candidates, former New Jersey Sen. Bill Bradley and Vice President Al Gore, will debate during an Iowa forum focusing on black and Latino voters. MSNBC will broadcast the event at 3 p.m.

These are the last scheduled debates before the Jan. 24 Iowa caucuses.
