The City Council on Tuesday reversed a December decision that banned Anaheim staff from participating in Orange County’s proposed light-rail project. On Dec. 8, the council voted to ask transportation officials to put off action on the light-rail project pending further study. The council reversed its decision 4 to 1, with Councilman Tom Tait dissenting.
