Homeowners United to Stop the Helicopters will host a public meeting Monday to discuss Marine Corps helicopter traffic in the San Mateo Valley and the construction of a helicopter training facility near San Clemente city limits.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the San Clemente Community Center, 100 N. Calle Seville.
