The City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to deny construction of a senior assisted living and Alzheimer’s care facility on Santa Ana Canyon Road. Residents from the Anaheim Hills neighborhood spoke against the facility at the meeting. They told council members that they feared the planned facility was too large for the land available, would block rustic views and that visitor parking would spill over into their neighborhoods.
