A massage parlor had its license revoked last week after the Orange County Sheriff’s Department found that Tisha’s Day Spa was operating without city permits. On Thursday, the Planning Commission voted unanimously to revoke the license of the Lake Center Drive business. The owners, who did not return phone calls seeking comment, can appeal the commission’s ruling to the City Council.
