LA HABRA
The La Habra Host Lions Club chose Esther Cramer, the city’s historian, as the community marshal for this year’s 52nd annual Corn Festival Parade.
“It just seemed like a good fit,” said Dave Collins, the festival’s parade chairman. “We wanted someone who has made a significant contribution to the community as a whole.”
Cramer is a member of the city’s Old Settlers’ Historical Society and has played an integral part in keeping La Habra’s past alive.
