* Bard--The Ojai Shakespeare Festival will stage “Julius Caesar” at Libbey Bowl in downtown Ojai. * Spicy--The Oxnard Salsa Festival will be held July 29-30 at Plaza Park in downtown Oxnard. * Fair--The Ventura County Fair, held at Seaside Park in Ventura, will open Aug. 2. The fair opens daily at 11 a.m. Exhibits close at 10 p.m., the midway at 11. Note: The carnival will not be open the first two days.
